Intermediate Member

Members who are between the ages of 29 and 38. An intermediate member consists of a primary member and their significant other. Their significant other has the same rights and privileges as the primary. This membership does NOT have the right to vote. An intermediate member has the right to maintain a vessel at the club. This membership has the right to use and enjoy all of the facilities of the corporation in accordance with the rules.

Intermediate Member Additional Information

  • Monthly Dues $315
  • Monthly Capital $105
  • One time Certificate Fee $3000
  • All memberships have a $1,150 annual food minimum spread over either
    • a) 10 months (March – December; $115 per month)
    • b) 5 months (May – September; $230 per month)
      • Food only, does not include beverages
      • Member banquet charges do not count towards food minimums
  • Boat Slip: $55/ft - Calculated by length of boat or dock, whichever is longer
  • PWC/Jet Ski Dry Sail Area -  $275 per season (May – Oct) PWC in dry sail area only with launch each use
  • PWC/Jet Ski in water – Jet Dock $600 per season (May – Oct)
  • Channel Fee: $25.50/ft - Calculated by boat length
  • Winter Storage: $25/ft -  Includes haul out, pressure wash and spring launch
  • Annual Electric Fee: $25 -  Electric charge is per usage
