Surviving Spouse
The surviving spouse of any member may, upon request within sixty (60) days from the death of such member and at the discretion of the Board, be transferred to the status of a Surviving Spouse Member, provided all previous obligations to the Club of each deceased member are paid in full.

Widows of Emeritus Members may, at the discretion of the Board, be entitled to the privileges of emeritus membership and shall be then designated as Surviving Spouse Emeritus. Widows of Honorary Members may, at the discretion of the Board, be entitled to the privileges of Honorary Membership and shall be then designated as Surviving Spouse Honorary.

Surviving Spouse Members are eligible to enjoy all club privileges except to maintain a boat in the harbor following the first day of March immediately following the decease of a member. A Surviving Spouse Member of a deceased Junior or Full member may maintain a boat in the harbor thereafter only upon payment of the current dues being paid and membership certificate fees, if any, which would have been paid by the Junior or Full Member, in which event the Surviving Spouse annual dues will be credited against such dues.

A Surviving Spouse Membership shall terminate upon remarriage or cohabitation unless a transfer to another appropriate membership is made in accordance with the By-Laws of the Club.
