Emeritus
To be eligible for consideration for Emeritus Membership a person shall have been a Full Member of the Corporation for not less than fifteen (15) years and, because of age, residency, health, or other suitable reason, no longer be able to participate actively in the affairs of the Corporation. Persons eligible shall have, during their tenure of membership, personally contributed to the affairs of the Corporation well above and beyond that normally expected members including Club Officers, Directors, and Committee Chairmen to the extent that such recognition would meet with the approval of the membership as a whole. Election to Emeritus Membership shall be only by the unanimous vote of the Board of Directors. By action of the Board of Directors, the privileges of Emeritus status may be conferred upon the surviving spouse of an Emeritus Member.
Honorary
The Board of Directors shall have the right to nominate to Honorary Membership in this Corporation, for such term as the Board of Directors shall in each instance designate, any person who has rendered outstanding service to this Corporation. Upon election by the members of this Corporation, the person so nominated shall become an Honorary Member of this Corporation.
