Associate
To be eligible for Associate Membership a person shall be at least 21 years of age. An Associate Member shall not have the right to vote or maintain a vessel at the Club or waters of the harbor, but shall have the right to use and enjoy the facilities of the Corporation at the Club or in the Club's activities, in accordance with the rules and upon payment of fees, if any, from time to time adopted and fixed by the Board of Directors.
Certificate of membership for an Associate Member, as prescribed by the Board of Directors, shall be payable upon admission to membership. The cost for a member to transfer from Associate to Full Member shall be the difference between the current membership certificate for Full Membership and the amount paid for the certificate of Associate Membership.
